What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are using various shipping methods for inside Dhaka. But for outside Dhaka, we are sending your products through “Sundarban Courier Service” or “Continental Courier Service” or “SA Paribahan Courier Service” etc. as per your recommendations.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product. But we are trying to give you best delivery service as fast as possible.

How can I change the password of my account?

It’s easy! Follow the steps:

  • Click on“My Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
  • Select”edit your password and account details” when you are on the “Dashboard” tab.
  • Scroll down & you will get the option to “Password change” option there.
  • Enter the required information and click“Submit”

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

Sorry, we are not offering this service now but in future we will try to provide this service as per your choice.

How can I add a new delivery address to my account?

To add an additional delivery address to your account:

  • Click on“My Account” in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in)
  • Now click on“Addresses” tab from the left side bar.
  • You will be directed to your account where you will find“Address Book”in the left side of the screen.
  • Click on the“Add” button from the right side of “Shipping address”, enter the details of the new address and click on“Save Address”

How Do I Place an Order?

It’s pretty easy. Just follow the steps given below:

  • Visit a product page just by clicking on the product name/image showing in the website.
  • Click on “Add to cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
  • Click on “View Cart” button showing just right after adding the product to your cart.
  • Click on “Proceed to checkout” button.
  • Now give you billing/shipping addresses to get your product on hand.
  • Place a tick mark after reading our “Terms & conditions” page.
  • Click on “Place order”. That’s it.
